The MIT Club of Northern NJ is proud to present a musical performance by the Ivalas String Quartet. Ivalas will reprise its performance at Carnegie Hall, featuring the work of such BIPOC composers as George Walker, Jessie Montgomery, Daniel Bernard Roumain, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, and Eleanor Alberga. Ivalas has played at Carnegie Hall, Caramoor and other prominent concert venues from Anchorage to Carnegie Hall. It is now the Graduate Resident String Quartet at The Juilliard School in New York City. (BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous and People of Color).

In addition to the performance, MIT will hold a meet & greet immediately following the event for those who are interested in learning more about the school and its prestigious academic programs.
