These are the instructions for submitting an event or a mass communication request to the Communications Chair. If you have a question, please contact webmaster@hcnj.org.

1. If you are an HCNJ member but not an Executive Board member, please contact an Executive Board member to sponsor your event. If you are an Executive Board member, contact the President, Vice President, or Secretary to have your event appear on the agenda for the next board meeting. If you have a mass communication you would like sent to the entire club or specific members, please contact the President, Vice President, or Communications Chair.

2. Get approval from the board for the event or the mass communication.

3. Submit a form detailing the event or mass communication using the link below.
