Join us for a meditation session Saturday, March 6th at 11:00am led by Sara Volkell. In this session we will discuss how meditation can help to reduce stress levels and improve mental health. We will spend some time practicing meditataion together and you will leave with the tools to set up a meditation practice at home. There will be plenty of time to ask questions. This session is open to all whether or not you have any prior experience with meditation.
