Each year the Community FoodBank of New Jersey relies on volunteers to help continue its mission of fighting hunger throughout New Jersey. Come join us to make this Holiday Season a cheerful time for others. The Food Bank of NJ and the Harvard Club of NJ are inviting volunteers to sort and repackage holiday meals for distribution to families statewide. The HCNJ has an opening for 40 volunteers for a 2 hour period on Sat., December 17th, 11:30 am - 1:30 pm. Snacks will be served.

This year, the HCNJ will also accept any donations of new children’s clothing (shirt, pant, dress, etc.) or coats, in sizes 4 - 14, for the FoodBank’s children’s store.  All donations must be unwrapped.  Bringing a donation is not required to attend this volunteer event, but would be appreciated.
