Want to make a dream come true?

The HARVARD CLUB of NJ invites you to attend:

A Day’s Labor with Habitat for Humanity

Saturday, Oct 15th, 2011 – 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM

at

146 N 1st Street
Paterson, NJ

Want to make a dream come true and help a family build a house with the prospect of a better life? The HCNJ is hoping to provide at least one team of 10 to join forces with the Habitat for Humanity organization in their effort to create safe and affordable housing for those in need of shelter in our area. Paterson Habitat for Humanity, an affiliate of the parent organization, coordinates all aspects of this type of housing in Passaic County, New Jersey.

We will supply our volunteer building crew at a site in Paterson for Saturday, October 15th. The normal work schedule is 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM with a break at noon for lunch. No experience is required and all needed instructions and safety training will be provided by the Paterson Habitat for Humanity staff. You will be able to watch a safety video online prior to the event.

For more information on this most worthwhile project contact Dr. Brenda Pagán or Bob Howard at bobhoward45@gmail.com or 201-818-3950. You can also visit the Paterson Habitat for Humanity website (www.patersonhabitat.org) for general information regarding their cause.
